Johnny Hopper, Sales Representative with EXIT Sunset Realty in Bradenton, FL supported the Bradenton Woman’s Club in December with his annual Winterfest event. The Bradenton Woman’s Club is a volunteer-based organization that provides community support via hands-on projects and in-kind and monetary donations to other non-profits benefitting women, children, and veterans.
Team Hopper’s Winterfest was a free customer appreciation event offering pictures with Santa, carnival games, a bounce house, raffle drawings, a pizza truck, hot cocoa, and more! The money raised will specifically go to the historic preservation of the Bradenton Woman’s Club Clubhouse, as well as towards other charities they support.
“As Leader of Team Hopper, I am very happy and quite honored to announce exactly how much of a raging success Team Hopper’s First Annual Winterfest truly was!” said Johnny. “First and foremost we had two of the best sponsors in the world <and> we even have had a few other local businesses reach out to see if they can get involved next year which is very exciting and promising for the longevity of this annual event. I did not expect the turnout that we had and the reviews from attendees has been astounding to say the least. I personally can’t wait for next year already!”
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Johnny and his team hoped to raise $5,000, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they greatly exceeded their goal and raised a whopping $13,616 for a total donation of $18,616 to Bradenton Woman’s Club.
“Thank you for the opportunity to allow our non-profit organization to be the recipient of your matching program. It was a joy working with Johnny Hopper of EXIT Sunset Realty. The event was well received by those attending and several guests had never entered our building before, so it was a huge success as far as raising awareness of what our organization has to offer the community,” said Rebecca Biro, Treasurer, Bradenton Woman’s Club.
