Tessier Team Holds 3rd Annual Fall Ball for Families with Help from Spirit of EXIT

By Jennifer Britain, EXIT Realty Matrix, Brokerage, Embrun, ON

Once upon a crisp autumn day, a warm and vibrant sense of community spirit hung in the air as friends, family and neighbours rallied together for a remarkable cause.  Their destination: the local baseball field.  The reason: the Fall Ball Tournament, all in support of Valoris Foundation, a charity dedicated to addressing pressing needs in their community.

The anticipation was electric as community members gathered under the clear, blue sky.  The fall baseball tournament had been months in the making with the organizers pouring their heart and soul into the event.  The goal was not just to enjoy a day of sport but to make a meaningful impact.

The first pitch marked the beginning of a day filled with excitement and camaraderie.  With Valoris’s missions in mind the teams played their hearts out.  The air was filled with laughter and spirited competition.  It was a day of unity and shared purpose.

Alongside the baseball tournament the event achieved success by offering participants a diverse range of engaging activities and games.  Further reinforced by the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, with EXIT Realty Corp. International generously matching donations up to $2,500, the event collectively generated an impressive sum of $5,144.73.  This remarkable achievement stands as a testament to the boundless generosity and goodwill of the community.

The funds will be directed towards Valoris’s efforts to support mental health, combat abuse, neglect, provide essential information and promote diversity and inclusivity.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.

On behalf of all the members and volunteers who make up the Valoris Foundation, I would like to thank The Tessier Team for your generous support in the form of your monetary donation. The work we are able to do on a daily basis would not be possible without the help of donors as compassionate as you. It is thanks to people like you that we are able to continue to advance the mission of our foundation every year,” said Josèe Bercier, Executive Assistant, Valoris Foundation.
