Why Real Estate?
My love for real estate began as a child. During my summers off from school my grandfather and I could always be found renovating different properties he had purchased. After graduating University, I began pursuing a career in insurance. Having all but signed on the dotted line for a job in insurance, the regional sales rep thought I was “too young to be successful.” Right after things fell through with the insurance job, I decided to pursue a career in something I had always loved: real estate. That’s when I learned about a new real estate company named EXIT coming to the area.
Why EXIT?
A few things attracted me to EXIT like the teamwork associates share. The no desk fee policy allows new associates a chance to get started without facing the reoccurring monthly fees. Their commission structure, as well as opportunity to build a team and earn residuals showed me this was the type of team I wanted to be a part of. EXIT has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Not once has anyone made me feel inferior due to my age and my broker fully supports me and encourages me to go far and reach high!
