The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program has recently reached a record achievement of $8 million raised and given through grassroots fundraising and corporate matching, and it’s all thanks to EXIT Realty’s many owners and real estate professionals who believe in a vision of transformative real estate.

This unique EXIT program ensures that a portion of every real estate transaction fee received at EXIT Realty Corp. International supports meaningful causes across North America, allowing EXIT associates and their offices to drive hyper-local impact right in their own backyards.
Each year EXIT is proud to corporately match funds for hundreds of deeply meaningful and impactful initiatives. With so many wonderful outcomes it’s hard to highlight every one, but we see how so many are helping communities face and bring awareness to many of the hard issues we face today. It’ an important example of just how much stronger we are together.
In the first six months of 2025 alone, our associates have led initiatives that have contributed to providing education to underserved women, cancer research, veteran support, feeding the unhoused, advocating for suicide prevention, and so many more imperative causes, raising tens of thousands of dollars in the process, which EXIT Realty is honoured to be a part of through matching.
So how does it work? A portion of every transaction fee received is allocated to EXIT Realty’s charitable trust fund in the transaction’s home country. That fund fuels the program, enabling EXIT associates across North America to select and work with local, registered, approved charities through fundraising events, and apply for a corporate match of up to $3,000 per initiative.
