The team at EXIT Realty Crutcher with offices in Louisville, Lawrenceburg, and Frankfort, KY, recently raised funds in support of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville. The team participated in community events such as Wildman Days and Burgoo Days, offering the opportunity to the public to “hunt” for a wild man in the forest and have their face painted, with all proceeds donated to their cause. “Our agents wanted to contribute to an organization that helps to provide a better quality of life to individuals in the community,” said Mark Crutcher, co-owner of EXIT Realty Crutcher.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. The team at EXIT Realty Crutcher hoped to raise $5,000 which EXIT Realty Corp. International was proud to match, but they exceeded their expectations, raising $6,500 for a total donation to Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville of $11,500.
On October 11, 2019, several EXIT Realty Crutcher associates were able to help “Raise the Roof” of the Habitat Home that their fundraising contributions were used to build. “Your gift makes it possible for us to provide affordable housing solutions for local families in need of safe, stable shelter,” said Rob Locke, Chief Executive Officer, Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville. “Your team’s support helps to build and repair homes and makes a real difference in our entire community.”
