Susan Mack has owned her brokerage for seven years and is in her tenth year with EXIT Realty. Susan was the 2014 President of her local Women’s Council of REALTORS® chapter and was named 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year. Her brokerage supports the Breast Cancer Charities of America and she has been the presenting sponsor for their annual fundraiser, Wine, Women & Shoes, for the past three years.

A husband and father of three, Mark Kraushaar has been in and around the real estate business since 1986, when he began his career in the title insurance industry. After watching successful real estate companies build their own title insurance agencies for 20+ years, he decided to go the opposite direction and form his own successful real estate company.
Mark and his business partner, Sue Dickinson, bought their first EXIT franchise in March of 2015 and have built a dynamic, multi-office brokerage from the ground up.
