Top Tier Industry Organization Recognition

EXIT Realty once again receives top tier industry organization recognition after both Tami Bonnell, Co-Chair and Craig Witt, U.S. CEO, rank among the 2025 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200).

Tami and Craig landed within the top 100 of what is widely known as the definitive annual list of the most powerful who’s who in North American residential real estate brokerage. Praised for “another year of big swings,” as their SP200 profile reads, the goal is to appreciate in every sense of the word for the company with expertise like theirs at the helm.

“We see 2026 for the possibilities it brings for our brand to grow and build through it’s 30th year,” said Tami, who has proudly been amidst this high caliber of leaders since the SP200’s inception. “This is a fascinating time to be in the real estate industry, and we’re excited to evolve our high-tech offerings for our associates, while staying true to our distinctive, humanized values.”

Tami also graces the Women Executive subset category, ranking 20th among 53 top female leaders, and being recognized for her commitment to strengthening the agent experience and business culture through live speaking and training initiatives. Both also took 58th spot among 124 in the Brokerage/Franchise subset category featuring the leadership of independents as well as national brands, franchisors, and franchisees.

Having made the SP200 list for the last three years, this marks Craig’s second consecutive ranking within the top 100, validating his outspoken work in 2025 to better the industry as a whole by strengthening its educational standards.

He explained this thinking on one such occasion when speaking on the Real Estate Insiders Unfiltered podcast, when he said, “I think more about professionalism and tenured experience and really being all in to this business… The professionalism falls by the wayside when it’s so easy to get in and [agents] really don’t get the education they need, and they don’t really put enough deals together to be competent.”

Tami and Craig stand with many of the most influential residential real estate executives from tech visionaries, REALTOR® associations, and Multiple Listing Services as well as brokerage CEOs. They’re seen as the people driving the industry forward, and it’s a rigorous undertaking that T3 Sixty has put together for the past 13 years, through careful deliberation, extensive research, and structured, independent analysis.
