Vince Guerrero Supports Youth in Agriculture at the Colorado State Fair

On a beautiful day in August, Vince Guerrero, Associate Broker at EXIT Realty DTC, Cherry Creek, Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, CO co-hosted the Partners of Youth in AG Golf Tournament. Held at the picturesque Walking Stick Golf Course in Pueblo, Colorado, this charitable event brought together community leaders, public and private decision-makers, and passionate advocates for youth to support a cause rooted in tradition and growth: The Colorado State Fair Foundation.

Scheduled to coincide with the opening day of the Colorado State Fair and the Legislative BBQ, this strategic timing provided attendees with a full day of purpose and enjoyment. Following the golf tournament, participants joined in the festivities of the Legislative BBQ, a highly anticipated event sponsored by the Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, further uniting community stakeholders under one mission, supporting youth programs in agriculture.

The tournament raised funds to benefit youth education, programming, and hands-on experiences offered through the Colorado State Fair. These initiatives provide vital opportunities for young people across the state to explore agriculture, leadership, and career paths in a fun and impactful way.

Sponsorship opportunities ranged from Title Sponsorships to Tee Sponsorships, allowing individuals and businesses to contribute at various levels. Additional support came from player registrations, making every swing of the club count toward the cause.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of Vince and the team at EXIT Realty DTC, Cherry Creek, Pikes Peak, $9,000 was raised. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT Realty Corp. International proudly matched an additional $2,000, bringing the total donation to $11,000 for the Colorado State Fair Foundation.

“Our event this year brought out 33 teams (or 130 players), three Title Sponsors, four Associate Sponsors, and seven Partner Sponsors. Additionally, we had sponsorship of the following events: Pre-event Happy Hour, Breakfast, Lunch and Raffle Event. We would like to thank EXIT Realty and The Spirit of EXIT charity program for your involvement and generous donation,” said Heather Kouba, Administrative Coordinator, The Colorado State Fair Foundation.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT Realty Corp. International to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
