Why should you attend conferences? It’s more than the motivation from the speakers, it’s more than the education of shared knowledge and drill-down of best practices. It’s listening to new ideas and seeing innovative products, catching up with old friends, and making new ones. It’s the networking, creating alliances, and future appointments with industry professionals that you wouldn’t have met anywhere else.
Either way, conferences re-charge all of us; they reinvigorate our inner hunter and remind us why we got into the crazy real estate business in the first place. The truth is, we do learn the best when we learn from others and it’s on purpose.
The EXIT Southeast Rally showcased an inspired real estate company with momentum and an unprecedented trajectory. It was nice getting back to ‘a version’ of normal, with hugs, fist bumps, high fives, and laughter. Seeing people laugh, engage in rigorous banter and enjoying like-minded people again was well worth the price of admission.
It doesn’t take initiative to go to a conference; its simpler than that. It takes initiative just wanting to go to conference. Just wanting to attend sends a message to your friends, family, co-workers, employer, industry, potential clients, and to yourself that you are committed to growing, getting better and that your best days are right around the corner.
When you go from wanting and planning to actually showing up, the fog clears, and you remember that the gas pedal is the one on the right.
With a superior business case and 25-year track record of choosing people over profits, EXIT Realty Corp. International has built an organization that is lightning fast and wields knockout power.
EXIT’s Regional and Corporate Leadership is focused, on-course and remains its unshakeable competitive advantage.
