Real estate leadership from across the U.S. and Canada attended EXIT Realty Corp. International’s final Broker/Owner training class of 2016 this month. This comprehensive, week-long workshop focuses first on teaching self-image and self-worth reinforcement to the company’s brokerage leaders and then with sessions such as Your Financial Good Health and Profitability and Formula Potential prepares them to run and build successful brokerages in their local communities.
EXIT’s executives including Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, CEO, Tami Bonnell, COO, Erika Gileo, and others conduct classes and are accessible to the attendees throughout the week to answer questions. In a series of press releases issued following the event, attendees commented:

Broker/Owner training is mandatory for every new franchisee, administrator and those in management roles in the EXIT system, but veterans are welcome to attend as often as they like.
