The real estate professionals at EXIT Assurance Realty, in Groton, MA, continued their support of Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts through to the end of 2021. Starting in 2016, they donated a portion of their commissions to the non-profit and reached out to the Spirit of EXIT for help.
Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts offers a hand up, not a handout, to hard-working, low-income central Massachusetts families seeking affordable home ownership. Habitat NCM builds and repairs simple, decent houses with people in need, serving 30 towns and cities in North Central Massachusetts. Habitat NCM also operates the Leominster ReStore, which raises funds through the sale of discounted and recycled materials and furniture.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. For the period ending December 31, 2021, Jeff Gordon, Broker/Owner, and the team contributed $2,386.80 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, for a total donation of $4,773.60 to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts for a total combined to-date amount of $46,330.72.
