Koy Banks, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Virginia and Broker/Owner of EXIT Landmark Realty in Lorton, VA, and his team got involved in the Halloween on the Green Fundraiser that benefits the Dr. William Montague Cobb Educational Foundation. “This charity provides STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) opportunities for minority students that are not often available in their communities,” Koy explains.
EXIT Landmark Realty was the main event sponsor, and EXIT Associates sold tickets, and reached out to other local business leaders for donations. They promoted the event that was held at Top Golf on Halloween Day, October 31st, 2021, online.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Koy and the team at EXIT Landmark Realty raised $2,250 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $4,500 to the Dr. William Montague Cobb Educational Foundation.
