Howard Kronthal, Broker Owner of two EXIT Success Realty offices in West Virginia, partnered with Integrity Mortgage, the Byron Reed Team to host a free, ‘Cars Under the Stars’ movie night in the parking lot of the EXIT Success Martinsburg office. It was a free community event hosted to raise funds for the Good Samaritan Free Clinic. Good Samaritan Free Clinic is a volunteer run organization that provides free health and spiritual care, as well as other programs and services, to their clients.
The Great Berkeley Bike Bash is a partnership between the Good Samaritan Free Clinic, EXIT Success Realty, Burke Street Elementary School and Eastern Panhandle Bicycle Company to provide bikes and helmets to students who may not be able to afford it otherwise. In addition to the equipment, the goal is to educate students about bike and traffic safety. Attendees were given a free raffle ticket and could purchase more to use towards a chance at winning one of the many gift baskets that were donated for the evening to raise funds.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Howard and his team raised $209 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match for a total donation of $418 to Good Samaritan Free Clinic.
“We are excited about this, with these funds we can move forward with our goal of getting bikes and helmets for the students and growing this program to other schools in the county,” said Karen Newell, Executive Director of Good Samaritan Free Clinic.
