New franchisees and returning veterans traveled to EXIT Realty Corp. International earlier this month for Broker/Owner Training; an infusion of business insights, leadership skills and personal growth and development delivered by eighteen of the company’s Executives, Managers and Trainers including Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris and CEO, Tami Bonnell.
The week-long session is held three times a year and is open to all EXIT Realty Regional Owners, Broker/Owners, Managers and Administrators who are invited to attend as often as they like. The curriculum covers a wide variety of topics from self-image reinforcement to technology engagement to profitability. The sessions cover the basis of running a successful real estate brokerage and are ever-evolving with first time topics including, “Your Financial Good Heath” taught by Vice President of Regional Services, CPA, Laura Roussel and “Teams at EXIT” taught by South East U.S. Divisional President, Janice Petteway, herself a very successful Broker/Owner.
