Brokerage and regional leadership from across the EXIT Realty system converged recently for the company’s biggest Broker/Owner Training event in its 23-year history.
This 5-day intensive workshop is offered three times per year and is available free of charge to anyone in ownership or management with EXIT Realty’s regions and brokerages. Topics include “The Power of Perspective” taught by the company’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, “Your Financial Good Health” taught by VP Regional Services and CPA, Laura Roussel, “Profitability and Formula Potential” taught by CEO, Tami Bonnell, and many more. In all, 18 of the company’s executive and management team lead the week.
