When Sharron Richardson, emcee of the 2019 EXIT Realty Corp. Annual Convention, declared from the stage that, “EXIT Realty is a family disguised as a real estate company,” a cheer erupted from the crowd. Every year when the EXIT Family gathers for Convention, four individuals are recognized for personifying the company’s culture in action and honored before their peers with the Esprit de Corp Award. The 2019 honorees are:
