Cheryl Larson, Administrator of EXIT Realty Unlimited with offices in Dubuque, Dyersville, Coralville, Manchester and Oelwein, was named Administrator of the Year at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently at the Disneyland® Hotel in Anaheim, California.
Upon the founding of the company in 1996, Steve Morris believed so strongly in the importance of skilled administrative staff to the successful operation of a real estate office, he established international recognition and a bonus structure for the support staff who work for the independently owned and operated brokerages within the EXIT family.
“Since Cheryl started with EXIT, she has always had a ‘can-do’ attitude,” says Cody Burger, Owner of EXIT Realty Unlimited. “Cheryl has always been willing to help us find a way to get things done. Never complaining and never overlooking any detail, she always goes above and beyond to help the team keep moving forward.”
Derek Stephenson, Manager of Franchise Support Department at EXIT Realty Corp. International, works closely with Larson. “Cheryl initially joined EXIT in 2018 and quickly became an administration powerhouse,” he says. “In late 2022, EXIT Realty Unlimited expanded opening their third location along with two branch offices bringing their total office count to five with 58 agents. Cheryl’s motivation and attention to detail during all the changes and challenges made it clear she was more than deserving to receive EXIT’s Administrator of the Year Award in 2023.”
