More than 75% of the attendees at the final Broker/Owner Training event of the year held this month were new to EXIT Realty which is testament to the unstoppable growth experienced by the company over this past year.
Sixteen of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s top leadership including Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, and CEO, Tami Bonnell, spent the week teaching, training and coaching Franchisees, Brokers of Record, Managers and Administrators from all over the continent. Topics ranged from Progressive Realization and Technology Engagement to Hiring Your Administrator and Manager’s Toolbox. The entire week was carefully engineered to focus first on strengthening the individual and then on teaching him or her how to get, keep and grow good real estate agents to better serve their communities at large.
