$2.5 Million in Single-Level Residual Income Had Nothing to Do with Luck

Four short years after the EXIT brand made its debut on the real estate scene, Franchisee, Luis Nogueira, would convert his independent office, Lucky Realty, to EXIT Realty Lucky Associates in Newark and Elizabeth, New Jersey, the first of several offices that would go on to wave the teal banner in his home state.

With 15 years as an owner and sales representative in the business already, he brought a wealth of experience and knowledge with him and maximized on EXIT’s unique Formula of sponsoring, which captured his interest from day one. Fast forward more than 20 years to today, and he’s earned $2.5 million in single-level residuals, is an award-winning agent, and Broker/Owner of his successful offices. Despite their name however, these achievements had little to do with luck.

“I’ve been able to use my sponsoring bonuses toward car payments, vacation funds and also sometimes towards the brokerage,” Luis shared, but he’s also looking forward to his future. “To enhance my retirement, I’m constantly following up with new potential agents in real estate school, and I employ a recruiter to focus on existing, competitive agents.”

“I continue to work toward 90% of the sales force reaching $100,000 in gross commissions by fall and being recognized as the best in the business,” he said. “I personally work on a daily basis to promote the residual effects of sponsoring and the EXIT Formula. For those of us who understand and see the long-term effect it has been working wonders and helping tremendously.”

He prides his offices and agents on their community involvement, services, knowledge, and professionalism, and continues to build the same great reputation attached to the Lucky name.

“I truly aim to walk the talk, and ensure agents’ needs and adjustments are met. All the systems are great. EXIT is truly unique and incomparable with the residuals, retirement and beneficiary benefits,” he explained. “The checks even continue when someone I sponsor moves to another EXIT office.”

All in all, life is good for Luis, but at this stage in the game he also knows how quickly it goes by. He encourages us all to live to our fullest and to try not to lose out on any opportunities.
