John Gillam, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty Home & Ranch and third-generation real estate professional, will share how he has found success through humility and humor. After working in social services for several years, he began his real estate career in Durango, Colorado, where he managed and owned a real estate firm for 17 years. He has worked in general residential, commercial and farm/ranch and is licensed in New Mexico as well. He began teaching pre-license courses in 2004 and found a passion for working with brokers in realizing the importance of the role they play in their communities.
In his talk at our annual Convention, you will see a different side of John. He will be sharing stories from his personal experiences and how they all play into where he is today. We’ll get a glimpse into his heart-wrenching struggles and skyrocketing successes, from health scares to eye-opening lessons while working in the industry he loves.

Andy Gerron, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty of Lubbock in Texas, has been in the real estate industry for over 17 years. He can not think of a better place, time or topic to ever speak about than what EXIT means to him. Andy believes that as real estate professionals, sometimes we forget that we are in a business that is bigger than just selling a house…we are helping create a home.
With more than 25 years of experience as a real estate investor and property manager, Ricky Côté, Sales Representative with EXIT Realty Associates in New Brunswick, has seen all angles of real estate. When he does something, it’s all or nothing; no rocks are left unturned. A strong believer in the power of passive income, Ricky has made it a mission to generate it from different sources and to teach his recruits how to do the same. He has made sponsoring part of his business plan and has earned almost $375,000 in residual income in the last five years with EXIT.
