Chad Schwendeman, Broker/Owner of EXIT Lakes Realty Premier in Baxter, Minnesota, took top honors at EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Annual Convention held at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas.
For the second consecutive year, Schwendeman achieved the company’s highest honor, the Tri-Real-A-Thon Award, known as the “Iron Man of EXIT” for excellence in taking listings, closing transactions and growing his brokerage through introducing others to the company (a process known as “sponsoring” at EXIT Realty).
Schwendeman also achieved the following in the production year, July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017:
- Top Gross Sales in North America
- Top Unit Producer in North America
- Million Dollar Circle Designation for closing more than $1 million in gross commissions
- Platinum Award for closing more than 100 transaction sides
His real estate sales team, The Chad Schwendeman Group, was recognized as the top EXIT team in North America. His brokerage, EXIT Lakes Realty Premier, achieved #3 Largest Grossing Office (for brokerages with a single location).
On hand to present Schwendeman’s many awards were Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman, EXIT Realty Corp.
