Stories of personal triumph will be shared at this year’s EXIT Realty Corp. International Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. Among the eagerly anticipated peer-to-peer speakers will be Elizabeth (Beth) Lowe, a sales representative with EXIT Realty Achieve in Smithtown New York.
Beth’s interest in real estate began as a child when her father opened his own real estate company in Setauket, NY; Setauket Harbor Realty. She would tag along on weekends to open houses and was in-charge of putting together the MLS Book before the days of the internet. While most kids played house, she subdivided her backyard and sold lots to friends to play “housing development”.
In July of 2010 Beth joined EXIT Realty Achieve. In 2011 she was honored with both the brokerage’s Top Producer and Outstanding Achievement Awards. Since then she has been the top agent in the office. Beth ranks #3 in New York and #33 in North America on the EXIT Realty Top 100 List. Other honours she has received include being named to the LIBOR Young Professional Network, Top 20 Under 40 list and most recently RISMedia’s list of National Rising Stars. Beth’s success wasn’t achieved overnight nor was it without hurdles. From being jobless and almost homeless to her struggles with an abusive relationship, Beth has proven to herself and to the world that she could rise from the ashes. With strength, support and courage she is climbing the ladder of success with confidence and loving her independence. EXIT Realty Corp. International is proud to feature Beth on its main stage at the 2015 International Convention to recount her experiences and share how they helped to forge the successful woman she is today.
