The leadership of four outstanding brokerage operations was honored recently at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Annual Convention held at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas.
On hand to present the awards for Broker of the Year were Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman, Tami Bonnell, CEO, Craig Witt, President, US Division and Joyce Paron, President, Canadian Division.
EXIT Realty Lake Superior, Brokerage in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was named Broker of the Year for the Canadian Division. “Kristen Trembinski and Rob Trembinski are not just sister and brother, but also top producing agents who have created a real estate brokerage grounded in developing well-trained agents. Jamie Coccimiglio, one of the top producing real estate agents in Northern Ontario, brings a nurturing management style to the brokerage that creates a grounding influence with his own ‘you can do it’ warmth and encouragement. Together, this team has led the brokerage to number one market share in their community and set a wonderful example for everyone,” said Paron. “Their agents and management team are first class professionals. Greg and Lori Muller, Owners of EXIT Elite Realty with offices in Appleton, Shawano and Green Bay, Wisconsin, were named Broker of the Year for the North Division. “Lori and Greg have expanded their brokerage footprint by adding more brokerages and growing in market share year after year,” said Witt. “Because of the systems EXIT provides along with their strong business and leadership skills, they have proven that success is earned and we are proud of where they are heading.”
Ed and Janie Andrews, Owners of EXIT Real Estate Solutions in Hendersonville, Tennessee, were named Broker of the Year for the Southeast U.S. Division. “Ed and Janie are known for their commitment to training within their brokerage and the production of their agents continues to grow,” said Witt. “They have kind hearts and have developed a culture of learning where their agents work to help each other improve their business. We are proud to have them part of EXIT Realty.”
Shawn Sorensen, Broker/Owner of EXIT Alliance Realty with offices in Temecula and Murrieta, California, was named Broker of the Year for the Southwest U.S. Division. “Shawn has a beautiful office filled with all the systems and training necessary to get the most and the best out of her agents,” said Witt. “She is a hands-on owner and has developed a productive culture where her agents participate, contribute and continue to improve at every level. She is a shining example of how to operate an EXIT brokerage with class and professionalism.”
