(Groton, MA) February 18, 2021 – The REALTORS® at EXIT Assurance Realty know what it means to have a home of your own. As a top local real estate office, they have helped countless families and individuals to find the home of their dreams. The EXIT real estate professionals also realized that some local families struggled to afford a home of their own. This realization drove a decision in 2016 for them to donate a portion of all home sale commissions to help those in need to have a home.
Since they created the program five years ago, EXIT Assurance Realty, along with matching funds from EXIT Realty Corp. International and their “Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program”, has donated an incredible $40,717.30 to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts, helping them to build seven homes, and begin construction on an eighth home last year.

EXIT Assurance Realty was recently approved to be part of EXIT Realty Corp International’s The Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program for the first half of 2021, and will continue their commitment to Habitat for Humanity NCM.
About Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts: Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts offers a hand up, not a hand out, to hard-working, low-income central Massachusetts families seeking affordable home ownership. Habitat NCM builds and repairs simple, decent houses with people in need, serving 30 towns and cities in North Central Massachusetts. Habitat NCM also operates the Leominster ReStore, 637 Lancaster Street (Route 117), which raises funds through the sale of discounted and recycled materials and furniture.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. For the period ending December 31, 2020, Jeff and the team hoped to contribute $1,200 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they exceeded that goal and raised $1,651.24 for a total donation of $2,851.24 to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts for a total combined to-date amount of $40,717.30.
