EXIT New Options Real Estate Utilizes Spirit of EXIT to Further Funding for Habitat for Humanity

The team at EXIT New Options Real Estate chose to support Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts by participating in their Building Dreams Golf Tournament. “As a past board member and a Development Committee Chair, the affordable home building in the communities we work in has always been a wonderful fit for us,” tells Denise Wortman, Broker/Owner, EXIT New Options Real Estate in Leominster, MA.

The golf tournament was managed and run by Habitat staff, volunteers, and Committee members while EXIT associates assisted with promotion, raffle donations, sponsorships, and selling tickets. Funds raised will be going towards building materials for a new build in Fitchburg, MA that includes windows, doors, and cabinets.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Denise and her team of professionals hoped to raise $2,500, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they exceeded their goal and raised $6,320, for a total donation of $8,820 to Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts.

“On behalf of the Daniels and Tuck families, as well as the families served by the critical home repair program, I sincerely thank you for the donation your office made to Habitat NCM for the Building Dreams Golf Tournament. Thank you again for your ongoing support and we look forward to partnering with you as we continue to build homes, community and hope in North Central Massachusetts,” said Carolyn Read, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts.
