Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Kentucky have been awarded to Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl.
Lynn and Strobl have both been in the real estate and mortgage industries for more than 20 years. They joined EXIT Realty in 2012 as Franchisees in the greater Nashville area and assumed the regional rights to the state of Tennessee in a year later. Since then they have steadily increased EXIT’s footprint across the state. With the addition of Kentucky, they will be concentrating first on developing middle Kentucky with further rapid expansion expected and a goal of 130 franchisees total in both states home to more than 4,500 agents.
“We have experienced rapid growth in Tennessee and believe that expansion into Kentucky is the natural progression to establishing unified and successful regions for two powerful southern states,“ said Strobl. “Thomas Edison said, ‘Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.’ When we decided to purchase the regional rights to Kentucky we both agreed that Edison was right. We saw it as an opportunity, it will be work, but we are up for the challenge because we strongly believe in everything for which EXIT Realty stands.”
