Co-Chair, Tami Bonnell and U.S. CEO, Craig Witt, two of EXIT Realty Corp. International’s top executives, have recently been ranked among the T3 Sixty Real Estate Almanac’s Swanepoel Power 200, also known as the SP200.
Together, they took the 81st spot among the list of T3 Sixty who’s who of powerful leaders within residential real estate. According to the SP200 site, these individual rankings reflect “the relative power of leaders in the industry…Criteria used to rank leaders include the scope and power of leaders’ positions, the financial resources they have at their disposal, whether they have equity stake in their company, their trajectory and much more.” T3 Sixty’s company rankings will follow in the spring.
This marks Witt’s second appearance within the ranks, while Bonnell, who is no stranger to Swanepoel recognitions, has graced the top 100 consecutively since the inception of the Almanac’s list. She was also highlighted 19th out of 57 female leaders included in the women-only category, which featured the most in SP200 history.
It’s an indicating evolution showing that the primarily male-dominated executive level field of real estate is experiencing yet another shift. T3 Sixty anticipates this trend will continue, and it’s one Bonnell is proud to be at the forefront of saying, “As a top-tier female executive, surrounded by a majority female leadership and head office staff within EXIT Realty, we’re truly a progressive and inclusive company in this industry dedicated to providing professionals with more opportunities to accomplish their dreams. It aligns perfectly with Craig’s and my personal passion for working with people, showing them who they can become and what they’re truly capable of.”
