Rebecca Andreula, sales representative with EXIT Realty Front and Center in Binghamton, NY and the office team got together for their 4th annual walk for the Alzheimer’s Association. Alzheimer’s Association is an organization working to research, advocate for, and support those with and affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia.
“Several members on our team have had family members suffer with this disease so it feels like a good fit,” says Rebecca. The team raised funds through social media platforms, as well as by selling purple paper flowers provided by the Alzheimer’s Association that could be displayed in the office. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Binghamton, NY was held on September 19, 2021 and the funds raised will go towards further research, care, and support.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Rebecca and her team hoped to raise $2,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they raised $2,070 for a total donation of $4,070 to Alzheimer’s Association.
