EXIT Realty Corp. International’s 2022 Brokers of the Year were announced during the company’s Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida.
Broker of the Year – Central USA – Gene McGuire and Russell McGuire, EXIT Realty of Lubbock, TX
The brokerage has been serving Lubbock since 2007 and this is the second time the father/son pair has been recognized for outstanding leadership, having been named EXIT’s Southwest USA Brokers of the Year in 2015.
“The EXIT Realty of Lubbock office is a monument of class, professionalism and commitment to the real estate industry and the owners lead with passion and purpose in everything they do,” said Craig. “Russell and Gene have earned our Broker of the Year Award and we couldn’t be more proud of their leadership. Broker of the Year – West USA – Shawn Sorensen, EXIT Alliance Realty, CA
Shawn joined EXIT Realty in 2004 as a sales representative moving into brokerage ownership in 2012 and earning Broker of the Year for the Southwest US Division of the company in 2017. The brokerage is known locally for its annual Random Acts of Kindness (RAKA) community event, and Shawn volunteers her time with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire and Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary, earning her the honor of EXIT’s 2021 Humanitarian Award.

Broker of the Year – Canada – Mark Seamone and Kristopher Snarby, EXIT Realty Inter Lake, NS
The brokerage is the oldest in the EXIT system, having served the Bridgewater area for twenty-five years. Mark joined the ownership team in 2002 and Kristopher in 2019 when the original owner, Jon Walker, retired. The pair leads the brokerage which enjoys #1 market share in many of the communities they serve.
