Leslie Sorenson, Administrator at EXIT Realty Nexus with offices in Coon Rapids, Elk River and Isle, Minnesota, was named EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Administrator of the Year at the company’s annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in Washington, DC.
In a letter to EXIT’s Head Office nominating Sorenson for the award, Broker/Owner, Frank D’Angelo and Manager, Sheldon Berquist, wrote, “We have been blessed with several great office administrators who have helped us grow our home office. However, until we hired Leslie, we never imagined how one person could solidify our culture in all of our offices. Since she has joined our firm, our retention rate has consistently hovered over 97%. Moreover, our on-boarding and transition program has been executed with amazing energy and enthusiasm.”
Sorenson was on hand to receive the award presented by EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Founder & Chairman, Steve Morris, CEO, Tami Bonnell, and Franchise Support Manager, Derek Stephenson.
Stephenson commented on why Sorenson was chosen to receive the award. “From day one Leslie has been dedicated to helping grow her brokerage and assisting in developing highly trained real estate professionals. In Franchise Support, we recognize there are many hats an EXIT Administrator wears, so with Leslie’s positive and encouraging personality, along with her ‘whatever it takes’ mindset, she really struck a cord with our team this year.”
