Kathy and Troy Dooley, Regional Owners of EXIT Realty of Mississippi, were awarded Region of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International at the company’s 2016 annual Convention held recently at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island in The Bahamas.
Real estate professionals from across the continent converged in The Bahamas for intense motivational and educational sessions and to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary. Region of the Year is the award given to the subfranchisor who best exemplifies outstanding growth, leadership and development during the past production year, July 1st, 2015 to June 30th, 2016.
On hand to present the award were EXIT Realty Corp. International Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Tami Bonnell. “From the very start, Troy and Kathy have led by example focusing on growth and profitability for all their people. They are shining examples of the servant leader mentality. It was an easy decision to award them Region of the Year,” said Bonnell.
EXIT Realty of Mississippi has grown by more than 60% in office and agent count in the past twelve months. “Kathy and I are honored to serve and lead the agents and broker/owners who represent each community in Mississippi,” said Troy Dooley. “We are blessed to be surrounded by such quality professionals on our team.”
