EXIT Realty Paramount’s Debra Wilcoxen Named Administrator of the Year

At EXIT Realty, administrative support staff are held in the highest regard and are the backbone of each individual brokerage location across the continent.  Steve Morris, Founder and Chairman, believed so strongly in their important contribution that he made provision in the EXIT Formula that a portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is set aside to pay bonuses to the administration staff in the offices where the transactions originate.

In addition, the company honors the best of the best every year at its Annual Convention, and this year, the Administrator of the Year Award was presented to Debra Wilcoxen of EXIT Realty Paramount in Traverse City, Michigan.  Only non-licensed administration staff are eligible for consideration for the Administrator of the Year award.  Input from a nominee’s Broker/Owner as well as various departments at EXIT Realty Corp. International are taken into consideration.  “It was definitely a unanimous decision among all departments to select Deb Wilcoxen as our 2016 Administrator of the Year,” said Derek Stephenson, Manager, Franchise Support.  “Not only does she surpass all the requirements, she has been with EXIT since 2007 and is always a pleasure to deal with.”
