Recently, Associate Broker Larry Gardner, affectionately known as “Larry Love,” of EXIT Realty All Pro, made an inspiring impact in Bay Shore, New York.
Larry Love took his community spirit to the streets by ringing a bell for donations in front of a local supermarket. His infectious enthusiasm and genuine desire to help his neighbors resonated with everyone passing by. As a result of his dedicated efforts, a total of $4,741 was raised for the Salvation Army – a charity renowned for providing vital services to seniors and children in our community.
The Spirit of EXIT program matched Larry’s incredible fundraising efforts with an additional $2,500, amplifying the donation to further support the Salvation Army’s important work. This generous matching initiative not only recognizes the hard work of our associates but also reinforces our commitment to making a lasting difference in the local community.

A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
