EXIT Taylor Real Estate had a successful event on August 28th at LOMA restaurant in Rogers Arkansas, Raising the Roof for Elizabeth! Thanks to the generous sponsors and donors in our community, we were able to secure the event venue, collect items for the auction, raise funds, and sell tickets for our charity, Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Arkansas. To begin the fundraiser, we showed up to raise a wall the day they began the build.
Our team at EXIT Taylor Real Estate associates worked together to create an event to be a positive message to our community. We organized and worked for weeks with sponsors, donors, our community, event venue management, contacts, vendors and promoted social media posts to bring awareness. We raised money through the Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Arkansas portal by selling tickets and donations as well as at the event.
We’re thrilled to report that every donated item sold, raising $4,173 at the event. We are so pleased with the Spirit of EXIT’s matching grant of $1,000 to go toward our community charity fundraising event.
All the money raised by the EXIT Taylor Real Estate team is being donated toward the Habitat for Humanity home in Rogers, Arkansas. Elizabeth and her family will benefit from the support to meet their needs as they move into their new home. It’s amazing to see how the community came together for a family.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT Realty Corp. International to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
