For the second consecutive year, Gregory Vurganov was recognized as the Top Unit Producer in North America by EXIT Realty Corp. International during an annual awards presentation broadcast recently across the U.S. and Canada.
Despite significant impact on the way real estate is bought and sold as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, real estate agents have pivoted to ensure that transactions are closed in a safe and responsible manner. Mr. Vurganov, a Sales Representative with EXIT Preferred Realty in Bel Air, Maryland, continued to provide exceptional service to his clients and as a result, he also received the Titanium Award in recognition of closing 120+ real estate transaction sides. In addition, his sales team, “The Vurganov Group” achieved the status of the #7 Team in North America. All awards were tabulated for the production period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
