EXIT Realty Corp. International is pleased to announce the newest asset in our service and support toolbox: our AI Support Representative, Francesca Port. Available after hours and on the weekends, Francesca is accessed by our EXIT nation through the Resource Center, EXIT’s comprehensive resource hub.
At EXIT Realty we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to our broker/owners, agents, and administrators and this is evident in the impressive 90% first contact resolution rate the Franchise Support team consistently maintains. We provide a live person to assist via phone, email, or chat during business hours. Now, with our new asset, Francesca, our EXIT nation will be able to access support when the Franchise Support team is unavailable.
In determining the name of this new support representative, Franchise Support’s Manager, Derek Stephenson, recalled an inquiry many years ago from an EXIT associate who had been told by someone in her office to call “Franchise Support” for assistance. The associate heard “Francesca Port” and called reception to ask for her. Over the years, Francesca Port has been a nostalgic and warm memory for the Franchise Support team, and now, she’s come to life.
