Iowa’s Leah Brevik Named 2021 Administrator of the Year

Leah Brevik, Administrator of EXIT Realty Midwest with offices in Spirit Lake, Cherokee, Spencer and Le Mars, was named Administrator of the Year by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Ms. Brevik was recognized during the company’s annual awards event recently broadcast throughout the US and Canada.

“Leah has been with us for 15 years and has been an absolute anchor for our company.  She has demonstrated an outstanding ability to adjust and adapt over the years through challenging personal and business changes with ease,” said Brad Sanderson, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Midwest. “Without her leadership, character, and charisma EXIT Realty Midwest would not be where it is today. She has been the catalyst behind the scenes and in the trenches that often times goes overlooked in a real estate brokerage.”

EXIT Realty Midwest is a proud member of the EXIT Realty Upper Midwest and EXIT Realty Corp. International family of independently owned and operated franchise brokerages.  The Administrator of the Year must meet strict compliance standards and is chosen from nominations received from brokerages across North America.

“Leah has been with EXIT Realty Midwest since their inception.  In 2016 and 2017 EXIT Realty Midwest expanded adding two additional locations, and with Leah’s guidance and supervision their offices have grown to more than 50 sales associates and staff,” said Derek Stephenson, Manager, Franchise Support, EXIT Realty Corp. International. “There are times administrators wear many hats to ensure the operation remains on track, and without a doubt Leah has managed to aid EXIT Realty Midwest in the right direction. She is a true professional and EXIT’s Franchise Support Team is delighted to not only shine the spotlight on her, but to present her with this year’s Administrator of the Year Award.  We offer our warmest congratulations for this well-deserved honor.”

Editor’s Note: We are sorry to report that Leah passed away in November, 2021 following a courageous battle with cancer.  Her loss is deeply felt by our EXIT Family and we extend our heartfelt sympathies to everyone who knew and loved her.
