Leaders Developing Leaders

In the real estate industry, it is typically taboo for an agent to express an interest publicly about opening their own brokerage. That is not the case with EXIT Realty Alabama/Mississippi. Within our Region we believe in growing REALTORS® into leaders if that is their dream or aspiration. Our culture is to bring out the best in individuals, and most people have human potential that they never realized until they join EXIT Realty. 

EXIT Realty Alabama/Mississippi has a unique business model that sets the stage for our Leaders Developing Leaders program. This leadership program gives agents inside and outside of EXIT Realty a path to become a leader and own their own EXIT Realty brokerage. We have an incubation process within this program to help ensure a new leader is set up for success. During the incubation process the new leader is trained and developed in practical leadership principles. The new leader is also exposed to the tools, technology and resources that will help enable them to be successful.  They are also trained in the art of effectively managing people and the importance of providing a family-like culture. Within this program they are taught the dynamic EXIT Realty Formula. This Formula enables agents the ability to enjoy unlimited income potential in the form of single-level residuals.

All of this training within the Leaders Developing Leaders program is done under the guidance and support of an assigned incubation broker within the region. This program allows up-and-coming agents from any office or brand to incubate their team within EXIT Realty without the burden of new office expenses right from the start. The incubating new leader has the time to find a location and learn how to run an EXIT Realty office without the need for secrecy. In fact, as an individual becomes part of the Leaders Developing Leaders program, they immediately start participating in all the leadership activities within our Region; they not only go through Broker/Owner Training provided by EXIT Realty Corp. International, but they also are enrolled in our Regional 8-to-10-week onboarding process which includes one-on-one calls and personal visits, along with coaching sessions.

When the new leader is ready to spread their wings, this program allows them to take their team and step into their own brokerage with producing agents from the start. We believe it is best to help eliminate as much stress as possible when opening a brokerage. This program gives the new leader the opportunity to start an office with production already in the pipeline. To date, we have had more than ten leaders go through this program. Half of them were associate brokers outside of EXIT Realty who had a desire to own a brokerage.

We firmly believe in setting our leaders up with the most successful path as possible and the Leaders Developing Leaders program is doing just that. Our owners cheer their agents on and encourage them to get their broker’s license enabling them to grow. The local owners of each office truly understand that the best compliment as a leader is to be a conduit in grooming another leader.  If anyone within Alabama or Mississippi has a desire to do more and be more, we would love to visit with them about a life changing opportunity.
