Patricia Farrell, Administrator/Comptroller with EXIT Realty Homeward Bound in Vestal and Oneonta, NY, was named Administrator of the Year at the EXIT Realty Corp. International Convention held recently at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort near Jacksonville, Florida.
The heartbeat of a successful real estate office is its professional administrative staff. They are the plate-spinners and the glue that holds the operation together. When EXIT Realty’s Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, was constructing the company’s business model, he felt so strongly about the invaluable contribution of a brokerage’s support staff, he incorporated recognition for Administrator of the Year at the company’s annual awards ceremony.
The Administrator of the Year must meet strict compliance standards and is chosen from nominations received from brokerages across North America. Robert Farrell, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Homeward Bound, nominated Patricia for this prestigious award. “The Administrator of our offices is not a job that can be written out on any job description,” he said. “Patti knows that it is the tiny, often overlooked details that make the difference between mediocre and perfection. Her listening ear and wisdom are the glue that creates lasting bonds with her family, friends and agents, not a document or title.
