One of the best decisions I ever made was to participate in Angel Tucker’s Personality Profiles Training.
When my son who is now 27 was in the third grade, his teachers came to my husband and me with some concerns about the way our son was learning and not learning in class. They recommended we seek a child study team. So immediately my husband and I did that, and he was evaluated for two days. During that two-day period, the team compiled information and provided us with a huge book about him. We read it, of course, cover to cover.
Before I handed that book over to his teacher, I decided to reach out to EXIT Realty MIND-SET Trainer, Angel Tucker, because when I attended her personality profiling course, she mentioned that one should do the assessments for people you work with, your family members and anybody else you may want to know a little bit more about.
Well, that was a great phone call for me because Angel immediately connected us and we did the personality assessment for my son. Afterwards, I received a much smaller report. Much smaller, but so very powerful. I took both of those books and my husband and I sat down with his teachers. We told them we wanted our son to be taught to his personality style, and that the report gave specific information that would help them teach to my son. We did not want to further pursue anything else at that point; we wanted to see if it was effective.
My son flourished and he did so well in school that we never had to go any further with additional evaluations through the years. We never had to get him treated to focus better and learn easier. That personality profile report was so valuable.
In addition, the personality profiling course has helped me learn how to work with my clients, and it showed my agents different ways they can grow and learn things about themselves. I know how to communicate better with them as well. That class is beyond measure of importance.
They always say it takes a village to raise a child and it does. But also, for me it took Angel Tucker and EXIT Realty Corp. International to help me raise mine and I am forever grateful.
