Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Giving

The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program continued to thrive throughout 2025, fueled by the unwavering generosity and commitment of associates across North America. It marked an important chapter for the program as well reaching a new milestone of allocating $8 million to charity.

Across North America, associates demonstrated that being part of EXIT Realty means more than professional success, it means showing up for the communities where they live and work. Their dedication to service and community engagement continues to define the Spirit of EXIT, reinforcing the values of generosity, compassion, and collective impact that are central to the company’s culture.

A portion of every transaction fee received is allocated to a charitable fund in the region where it is generated, creating a pool of funds available for charitable contributions. These funds empower associates and brokerages to raise money for approved, registered charities and apply to have their fundraising efforts matched, up to a maximum, effectively amplifying the impact of every initiative.

A diverse range of non-profit organizations in 2025 were supported, reflecting the varied passions and priorities of our associates:

  • Community Support – 42%
  • Children – 25%
  • Medical Support – 13%
  • Habitat for Humanity – 8%
  • Medical Research – 8%
  • Cancer – 3%
  • Veterans – 1%

The Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program remains a powerful reflection of what is possible when a network of professionals is united by a shared commitment to giving back. As in previous years, many associates exceeded their original fundraising goals. As awareness grew and momentum built, community support followed, resulting in contributions that went well beyond initial pledges. Through every transaction and fundraising effort, associates turned everyday business into extraordinary impact and we couldn’t be more proud.
