Some of EXIT’s top leaders were recognized for their outstanding achievements during EXIT Realty Corp. International’s annual Convention held recently at the Gaylord Texan Resort Hotel and Convention Center near Dallas, Texas.
Tom Parham, Broker/Owner of EXIT Rocky Top Realty with seven locations in Crossville, Cookeville, Sparta, Livingston and Lebanon, Tennessee was recognized with the Superior Growth and Development designation.

International. “He has acquired a number of companies for all the right reasons, recognizing opportunity and the right people. He is laser-focused on the growth and development of his business and is truly deserving of this designation.”
Jim Hyatt and Tina Hyatt, Owners of EXIT Results Realty with locations in Arbutus and Elkridge, Maryland, were recognized with the Superior Brokerage Expertise designation.
“Jim and Tina are positive and professional leaders in their community,” said Morris. “They are actively involved with their board and take great care and time coaching their agents. The Hyatts are building a legacy by leading by example within their office, community and family.”
Susan Hamblen, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Achieve in Smithtown, New York, received the Humanitarian Award.
“Susan not only runs a very successful EXIT Realty brokerage, she also finds the time and energy to give back to her community,” said Morris. “With the inaugural Candles for Hope Charity Benefit, Susan was able to raise funds to provide birthday parties for displaced children. She is a shining example of EXIT’s culture and is very deserving of this special designation.”
