Throughout 2017, real estate professionals from EXIT Realty Black Hills with offices in Rapid City and Deadwood, South Dakota, participated in a “Top Producing Agent Fundraising Initiative” to benefit Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity.
A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities, including Habitat for Humanity, and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. During 2017, the agents at EXIT Realty Black Hills raised $2,570 and requested that amount to be matched, bringing the total donation to Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity to $5,140.
