The EXIT Realty True North team proudly participated in the 2026 Gutsy Walk for Crohn’s and Colitis Canada, demonstrating the brokerage’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a meaningful difference.
This year’s event held special significance as EXIT Realty True North’s own, Rob Trembinski, served as the Sault Ste. Marie Community Champion. A long-time advocate, he shared his personal journey of living with inflammatory bowel disease and celebrated nearly 30 years since undergoing the surgery that gave him a second chance at life.
Through the generosity of agents, staff, family, friends, clients, and community supporters, the team raised $4,103, with Rob’s personal fundraising efforts accounting for $2,807 of the total. These funds will directly support research, patient programs, education, and advocacy for the more than 322,000 Canadians living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
The Spirit of EXIT matching program further increased the impact of the team’s fundraising efforts with an additional $2,000 donation, allowing EXIT Realty True North to make an even greater contribution.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds.
