Real estate trend-watcher, Stefan Swanepoel, recently released the Swanepoel Power 200, a ranking of the top people in residential real estate. Among them he named the 20 most powerful and influential women and EXIT Realty’s CEO, Tami Bonnell, was ranked #6.
“What makes the <this ranking> unique is that it’s a very extensive and detailed list of many different types of leaders in the residential real estate brokerage industry,” said Swanepoel describing the report. “People are listed in many different categories such as Corporate Executives, Brokerage Executives, Organized Real Estate Executives, Technology Executives, Thought Leaders, Outside Powers, Social Influencers and Women.”
Bonnell is a veteran of the real estate industry whose career has spanned more than three decades. In 2014, Ms. Bonnell was an in-demand speaker at events such as the National Association of REALTORS® convention, to the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the National Association of Women in Real Estate (NAWRB) the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and has been a featured speaker at the Inman News Connect Conference and the RISMedia’s Leadership Conference. She was named a Finalist in the category of Executive of the Year – Services by the American Business Awards.
Prior to joining EXIT Realty, she was instrumental in building three major brands. Under Ms Bonnell’s leadership, EXIT Realty continues to enjoy increased regional and franchise sales in both Canada and the US as well as increased per-agent productivity.
