Tatyana Sturm, Associate Broker at EXIT Realty Denver Tech Center (DTC) of Englewood, CO, serves on the board of a women’s networking group and last year that group chose Dress for Success Denver on which to focus their charitable outreach. Dress for Success Denver is an organization that not only provides business attire for women entering and re-entering the workforce, but also empowers them and inspires professional growth. “Most of these women are single moms with two or more children. Dress for Success has helped over 17,000 women in Denver,” said Tatyana.
Tatyana raised money for this initiative through social media, word of mouth and during a luncheon hosted by her networking group. A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pledged pool of funds. Tatyana was hoping to raise $5,000 which EXIT’s head office was proud to match but exceeded her goal and raised $5,340 for a total donation of $10,340 to Dress for Success Denver.
