“I have been working with this charity for nearly a decade now. They support women getting back into the work force by providing suiting to give them appropriate clothing to go on job interviews, training on leadership skills, job training, life coaching, and confidence building socially and within the work environment,” tells Tatyana Sturm, Associate Broker with EXIT Realty DTC in Englewood, CO, of why she chose to support Dress for Success Denver.
Tatyana and her team sponsored two recycling events in the community and accepted donations both online through social platforms as well as live at these events. The initiative was promoted through postcards, social media, flyers, and associates reaching out to their spheres of influence.
A portion of every transaction fee received by EXIT Realty Corp. International is applied to its charitable fund. Through the Spirit of EXIT Charitable Program, EXIT offices and associates can raise money for local, approved, registered charities and apply to EXIT’s head office to have those funds matched from the company’s pool of funds. Tatyana and her team of professionals hoped to raise $4,000, which EXIT’s head office was proud to match, however they raised $4058.97 for a total donation of $8,058.97 to Dress for Success Denver.
