Another highly successful EXIT Realty Broker/Owner Training event wrapped up last month at the company’s Canadian Headquarters. More than 70 Franchisees, Brokers, Managers, Administrators and Regional Owners from across the continent gathered in an intense, week-long workshop designed to hone their leadership skills and equip them with the tools they need to run successful brokerage operations.
Broker/Owner Training is offered several times a year to those individuals in management with EXIT and they are invited to attend as often as they like. All of the company’s leadership, including Founder and Chairman, Steve Morris, CEO, Tami Bonnell, the Divisional Presidents and Vice Presidents are among the trainers.
