Traditionally, when Agents, Franchisees and Regional Owners take the stage at EXIT Realty’s Annual Convention to share what EXIT means to them, emotions run high, and this year’s speakers promise more of the same. Three of EXIT’s finest will describe the company’s positive impact on their lives, their families and their careers this October in Nashville, Tennessee.
Meet the speakers:
Rob Moore, Sales Representative, EXIT Realty on the Rock, St. John’s NL
With a list of awards and accomplishments as long as his phone bill, Rob’s four-year career culminated this past year when, in addition to being the top selling agent at his brokerage, he became the #1 selling agent with EXIT in Atlantic Canada, the #2 selling agent in Canada and #3 in all of North America (for gross commissions earned for the Corporation). Rob has evolved his practice by establishing the Moore Decker Dunn Sales Team, and now leads a team of six real estate professionals.
A husband and father, Rob’s family is nearly keeping pace with his client list. He and his wife are expecting their third child to be born within the last three years.
Kimberly Plourde, Broker/Owner, EXIT Realty Central, Norfolk VA
Kimberly has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and with EXIT Realty since 2006. Not only does she provide high quality service to her clients, she enjoys mentoring and training her agents to do the same. The owner of a busy office, Kimberly also achieved the #29 ranking for closed sides in 2014 for the Corporation. Kimberly is a mother of 3 children ages 18, 15 and 10. She is active in the her local Board of REALTORS including serving on the Board of Directors, as Chair of the local REALTOR Political Action committee and Co-Chair of the REALTOR Lawyer Committee.
Kimberly enjoys traveling and has a goal to visit all 50 states and at least 50 countries.
Bill Pankonin, Regional Owner, EXIT Realty Upper Midwest (Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota)
In 2014 Bill was awarded one of the most prestigious honors bestowed by EXIT Realty Corp. International, that of Region of The Year. In 2012, Bill was recognized with the company’s Attitude in Action Award. “Bill is a purposeful businessman who stands his ground firmly and has a keen sense of direction,” said Steve Morris, EXIT’s Founder and Chairman. “He has a positive mental attitude and radiates this to everyone around him. He exemplifies EXIT by knowing how to get the job done and by maintaining an excellent reputation in the process.”
