When the lights dim and the crowd quiets, three of EXIT’s finest will take the big stage this October to share their stories.
Angelina Nelson, Broker/Owner of EXIT Realty Legacy, found her passion for real estate in her youth when she began cutting floor plans out of the Sunday paper. She was in heaven when she discovered Open Houses and then the Parade of Homes. In 2006, Angelina turned her hobby into her job and she quickly realized that real estate was her lifelong dream career. Her passion and aptitude for the business led her to become an owner of two EXIT Realty offices in 2009, one in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City, and the other in Heber City, Utah.
In building her brokerages, Angelina collaborates with her father, Kyle Webb, also an owner at EXIT Realty Legacy. In 2015 they opened their third location in the Millcreek neighborhood of Salt Lake City and are currently planning a fourth office in Park City. They work as a team specialized in helping people move toward their dream.
Bill Leib is the Broker/Owner of EXIT First Capital Realty in Chillicothe, Ohio. After Bill became licensed in 2002 and promptly sold a million dollar property, he knew he was in the right career. He obtained his broker’s license in 2006 and opened his EXIT franchise in 2008. This October marks Bill’s 9th Convention, never having missed one, and his proudest accomplishment was being awarded the EXIT Realty North Central Esprit de Corp Award at the 2014 EXIT International Convention in Anaheim, California.
In 2015 Bill’s office achieved number 1 in buyer market share for the first time. His office has helped local schools start anti-bullying programs and after school tutoring programs. Bill attends EXIT Realty’s Broker/Owner Training and Master Broker Summit on an annual basis and has developed a comprehensive training program tailored from one he learned from another EXIT Franchise. Bill says, “I always keep a positive mental attitude. The EXIT system works; use it and you can’t help but be successful.”
Sherese Renee Seevers serves as the Director of Operations at EXIT Elite Realty in Washington, DC, Lanham, Maryland and Ft. Washington, Maryland. She began her career with EXIT in the summer of 2008 as a full-time Associate who was new to the business. After closing the largest transaction in company history in 2012, Sherese shifted her focus from representing buyers and sellers to working with the agents at the brokerage, focusing on business planning and mindset training. Affectionately known as “The Agent Whisperer”, Sherese writes a weekly column called #DearMonday, a motivational boost to shape your week and turn your potential into production. She selectively works with investor clients to close real estate transactions but her passion lies in building the #shereseSPEAKS brand and publishing her new book. Sherese credits EXIT Elite Realty Broker/Owner, Koy Banks, EXIT Realty Corp International’s South West U.S. Divisional President, Bob McKinnon’s Ambassador Training, and the power of affirmations for her success. Sherese believes there’s a piece of the pie for all of us – you just have to sharpen your knife and slice it!
